  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cAttendance<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cAttendance Days<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the \u201cCalculate Attendance<\/strong>\u201d button.\n
      \n
    • The system will open a new tab containing the necessary data to calculate attendance days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enter the attendance days calculation details as follows:\n
        \n
      • From<\/strong>: Select the starting date from the calendar on which the system will begin calculating attendance days.<\/li>\n
      • To<\/strong>: Select the ending date from the calendar on which the system will finish calculating attendance days.<\/li>\n
      • Overwrite Manual Attendance Day:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on the checkbox next to this field to enable the manual attendance option.<\/li>\n
      • Select the criteria to choose the employees for whom attendance days will be calculated, either by\u00a0\u201cRule Selection\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0\u201cEmployees Selection\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0directly by name.<\/li>\n
      • In case of \u201cRule Selection<\/strong>\u201c, enter the details as follows:\n
          \n
        • Branch<\/strong>: Select the desired branch from the dropdown menu where you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.<\/li>\n
        • Department<\/strong>: Select the desired department from the dropdown menu where you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.<\/li>\n
        • Designation<\/strong>:\u00a0Select the desired position from the dropdown menu for which you want to calculate attendance days.<\/li>\n
        • Shift<\/strong>:\u00a0Select the desired shift from the dropdown menu for which you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • In case of \u201cEmployees Selection<\/strong>\u201c, choose the name(s) of the employee(s) for whom you want to calculate attendance days from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
