  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cMemberships<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cManage Memberships<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the membership you wish to freeze.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAdd Freeze Period<\/strong>\u201d button at the top of the membership details.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the start date of the membership freeze from the\u00a0\u201cStart Date\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
  6. Select the end date of the membership freeze from the\u00a0\u201cEnd Date\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
  7. Click on\u00a0\u201cAdd Freeze Period to Membership\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to add the freeze period to the primary membership duration.\n

    1. Example: If your client\u2019s membership ends on\u00a001\/06\/2024<\/strong>\u00a0and you added a freeze period of 3 months, by activating this option the suspended\u00a03 months<\/strong>\u00a0will be added to the client\u2019s membership end date, making it\u00a001\/09\/2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. If you do not activate this option, the suspension period will not be added to the client\u2019s membership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
