  1. Click on\u00a0\u201cClients\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on\u00a0\u201cManage Clients\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select a group of clients by clicking the checkbox in the upper left corner of each client\u2019s card.<\/li>\n
  4. You can select all clients listed at the top of the page and choose from among:\n
      \n
    • All (Current Page):<\/strong>\u00a0Selects all clients on the current page.<\/li>\n
    • All Filtered (All Pages):<\/strong>\u00a0Selects all clients on all pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Choose the appropriate action from the \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d drop-down menu from the available actions:\n
        \n
      • Delete:<\/strong>\u00a0Deletes the selected clients.<\/li>\n
      • Suspend:<\/strong>\u00a0Suspends the selected clients, preventing them from participating in any account transactions.<\/li>\n
      • Unsuspend:<\/strong>\u00a0Unsuspends the selected clients.<\/li>\n
      • Create Invoice:<\/strong>\u00a0Creates a consolidated invoice for all selected clients.<\/li>\n
      • Send Emails:<\/strong>\u00a0Sends an email to the selected group of clients.<\/li>\n
      • Change Status:<\/strong>\u00a0Assigns or changes the status of all selected clients.<\/li>\n
      • Change Category:<\/strong>\u00a0Assigns or changes the category of all selected clients.<\/li>\n
      • Send SMS:<\/strong>\u00a0Sends an SMS to the selected group of clients.\n

        • Note:<\/strong>\u00a0SMS must be activated on the account to appear in the actions list.
