  1. From the main menu, click on\u00a0\u201cTemplates\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on\u00a0\u201cPrintable Templates\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the\u00a0\u201cInvoice\/ Estimate Layouts\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0card.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the\u00a0\u201cNew Layout\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  5. Choose a preferred template format (we recommend selecting the\u00a0\u201cTax Invoice\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0\u201c\u0641\u0627\u062a\u0648\u0631\u0629 \u0636\u0631\u064a\u0628\u064a\u0629\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 template).<\/li>\n
  6. Click on the\u00a0\u201cClient Info\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button at the left side of the template editing screen.<\/li>\n
  7. Inside the Client Info screen, you will see a set of placeholders for client data. Enter the symbol {%client_bn1%} on a new line.\n

    • Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If you choose the\u00a0\u201cTax Invoice\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0\u201c\u0641\u0627\u062a\u0648\u0631\u0629 \u0636\u0631\u064a\u0628\u064a\u0629\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0template, you will find the placeholder already present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click the\u00a0\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button in the\u00a0\u201cClient Info\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0screen.<\/li>\n
    • Check the\u00a0\u201cSet this layout as default\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0option in the\u00a0\u201cTemplate Details\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0tab of the template editing screen.<\/li>\n
