In addition to the manual method, you can also set a variable that automatically labels the invoice as\u00a0\u201cTax Invoice\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for business\/ commercial clients or\u00a0\u201cSimplified Tax Invoice\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for individual clients, without the need for separate templates for each type.<\/p>\n

To automatically change the invoice title to \u201cTax Invoice\u201d or \u201cSimplified Tax Invoice\u201d based on the client type, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, click on\u00a0\u201cTemplates\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose\u00a0\u201cPrintable Templates\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the\u00a0\u201cInvoice\/ Estimate Layouts\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0card.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the desired invoice template for modification, or click on the\u00a0\u201cNew Layout\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button to create a new template for your account.<\/li>\n
  5. Inside the invoice design screen, click on the\u00a0\u201cTitles\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
  6. Delete the existing title in the\u00a0\u201cInvoice Title\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
  7. Add the following variable\u00a0{%sa_auto_invoice_title%}<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0in the\u00a0\u201cInvoice Title\u201d\u00a0<\/b>field instead of the deleted title.<\/li>\n
  8. Click on the\u00a0\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button below the tab items.<\/li>\n
  9. Click on the\u00a0\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button at the top right of the invoice design screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
