Click on\u00a0\u201cPOS\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0from the main menu.<\/p>\n

Click on\u00a0\u201cStart Selling\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to proceed to the sales screen.<\/p>\n

Inside the\u00a0\u201cSales Screen\u201d<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the button located at the top-right of the screen, displaying the username.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Choose\u00a0\u201cTake Cash Out\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Set the details for the cash-out transaction:\n
      \n
    • Select the recipient for whom the cash is dispensed, choose from:\n
        \n
      • Staff:<\/strong>\u00a0Select one of the registered employees associated with the account.<\/li>\n
      • Treasury:\u00a0<\/b>Select one of the registered treasuries associated with the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Specify the dispensed\u00a0\u201cAmount\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Add any additional notes in the\u00a0\u201cNote\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
      • Set the date and time of the transaction from the\u00a0\u201cDate\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click the\u00a0\u201cConfirm\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button.\n
          \n
        • The system will display a summary of the session, showing the dispensed amount in the\u00a0\u201cCash Movements\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
