  1. Click on\u00a0\u201cSales\u201d f<\/b>rom the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on\u00a0\u201cSales Settings\u201d<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the\u00a0\u201cEstimate Settings\u201d t<\/b>ab.<\/li>\n
  4. Enable \u201cEstimate Custom Statuses\u201d<\/b>\u00a0to activate the feature.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on\u00a0\u201cEdit Statuses List<\/a>\u201d\u00a0<\/b>to start configuring the list and adding new statuses.<\/li>\n
  6. A list will appear to add new statuses for the estimates:\n
      \n
    • Enter the name of the status in the\u00a0\u201cName\u201d<\/b>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
    • Select one of the available colors from the\u00a0\u201cColor\u201d<\/b>\u00a0dropdown to differentiate the statuses.<\/li>\n
    • Click on the\u00a0\u201cAdd New Status\u201d<\/b>\u00a0button to display a new row and add more statuses to the list.<\/li>\n
    • Click on the\u00a0\u201cDelete\u201d<\/b>\u00a0button to remove the added status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click on the\u00a0\u201cSave\u201d<\/b>\u00a0button. A message will appear confirming the saved statuses<\/li>\n
    • Close the page by clicking the error\u00a0(\u00d7)\u00a0<\/b>symbol.<\/li>\n
