  1. Click on\u00a0\u201cSales\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on\u00a0\u201cSales Settings\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on\u00a0\u201cInvoicing Settings\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Check the box next to \u201cInvoice Custom Statuses\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to enable the functionality.<\/li>\n
  5. You can click on\u00a0\u201cEdit Statuses List<\/a>\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>to start editing the list and adding new statuses.<\/li>\n
  6. A window for adding new statuses will appear:\n
      \n
    • Add the status name to the\u00a0\u201cName\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0column.<\/li>\n
    • Select one of the available colors from the\u00a0\u201cColors\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0column to distinguish statuses from one another.<\/li>\n
    • Click on the\u00a0\u201cAdd New Status\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button to display a new line and add more statuses to the list.<\/li>\n
    • You can click on the\u00a0\u201cDelete\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button to delete an added status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click the\u00a0\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button once you are done and you will get a confirmation message to add the status to the list.<\/li>\n
    • Close the page by clicking on the mark\u00a0(X)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
