The system enables you to add custom fields to various types of requests, offering you greater flexibility in capturing the specific information that aligns with your business needs.<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cRequests<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cSettings<\/strong>\u201d from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the request type you want to add custom fields to.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on \u201cCustom Fields<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A list of available field types to add will appear; all you need to do is drag and drop and adjust the properties.<\/p>\n

    5. A floating screen for \u201cField Settings<\/strong>\u201d will appear, including:<\/p>\n

    • Properties:<\/strong>\u00a0Set the basic settings for the field such as field label, instructions, initial value, placeholder, and more.<\/li>\n
    • Validation:<\/strong> Select the required options for the added field, such as required, make unique, filter using the field, and list using the field, as needed.<\/li>\n
    • Layout:<\/strong> Specify the field size, the option to display the field in a single line, and the option to hide the field, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6. Click the \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d button to save the entered or selected settings.<\/p>\n

      7. Click the \u201cX<\/strong>\u201d symbol to remove the field.<\/p>\n

      8. Click the \u201cGear Icon<\/strong>\u201d to edit the field.<\/p>\n

      Drag the field up or down to switch its position with other fields.<\/p>\n

      9.
