  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cAttendance<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cLeave Applications<\/strong>\u201d from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the leave application you want to add a note\/attachment to.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAdd Note\/Attachments<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  5. Fill in the fields below:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Date and Time:<\/strong> Select the date and time when the note\/attachment is being added.<\/li>\n
    • Note: <\/strong>Provide any additional information or comments related to the leave application.<\/li>\n
    • Attachment:<\/strong> Attach any relevant files or documents by clicking “Select from Your Computer<\/strong>” or dragging and dropping the files.<\/li>\n
    • Tags: <\/strong>Add any tags to categorize or label the note\/attachment for easy reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6.
