The early leave request is added through ‘Leave Application<\/strong>‘ in the system. Follow the steps below to add an early leave request:<\/p>\n

  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cAttendance<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cLeave Applications<\/b>\u201d from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the \u201c+ Add Leave Application<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    5. Enter the request information as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n
        \n
      • Employee<\/strong>: Select the name of the employee requesting early leave request.<\/li>\n
      • Days: <\/b>Select the days the employee requests early leave.<\/li>\n
      • Start Date:<\/strong> Choose the date on which early leave is requested from the calendar.<\/li>\n
      • End Date:<\/strong> Re-enter the same date of the requested day.<\/li>\n
      • Type<\/strong>: Choose “Early Leave<\/strong>” as the request type.<\/li>\n
      • Early Time<\/strong>: Enter the desired time (in minutes) for the employee to leave earlier than usual.<\/li>\n
      • Description<\/strong>: Provide a brief description of the request in the text box.<\/li>\n
      • Attachments<\/strong>: Add any relevant attachments to the request if needed, by dragging and dropping files to attach them, or by clicking the “Select from Your Computer<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Click the “Save<\/strong>” button.<\/p>\n

          The request will remain in the “Pending<\/strong>” status until it is approved or rejected.<\/p>\n
