  1. Click on “Accounting<\/strong>” from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Assets<\/strong>‘ from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “Import<\/strong>” button.<\/li>\n
  4. Select the prepared asset file in one of the formats supported by the system for file import.<\/li>\n
  5. Choose the file format of the uploaded file:\n
      \n
    • Comma Separated<\/li>\n
    • Semi Column Separated<\/li>\n
    • Tab Delimited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • If you have added a header for each column in the Excel file, do not enable the “Import first row<\/strong>” option.<\/li>\n
    • Depreciation Method:<\/strong> Choose the depreciation method for the assets in the Excel file.\n
        \n
      • If you are using different depreciation methods for assets, you should upload multiple Excel files, each including assets of the same depreciation type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click on the “Next Step<\/strong>” button.<\/li>\n
      • Link each column in the file to the corresponding columns in the system.<\/li>\n
      • Click on the “Import<\/strong>” button.<\/li>\n
      • The system will provide a clear report of the records that were successfully imported.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
