Choose one of the following options:\n<ul>\n<li>Unpaid<\/li>\n<li>Partially Paid<\/li>\n<li>Paid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Send On:<\/strong> Select from the dropdown list the time to send the message, either:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instantly:<\/strong> The message will be sent at the time of creating or updating the selected return invoice immediately.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After:<\/strong> The message will be sent after the specified creation or update date.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the number of hours\/days\/months after creating or updating the refund receipt when the message should be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Channel:<\/strong> Select &#8220;<strong>SMS<\/strong>&#8221; from the dropdown list as the required sending method.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel Template:<\/strong> Select the required message template from the dropdown list.\n<ul>\n<li><b>Notes:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">You can click on the &#8220;<strong>New Template<\/strong>&#8221; button next to &#8220;<strong>Channel Template<\/strong>&#8221; to add a new template.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">For more details on how to add a new template, refer to the &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.daftra.com\/en\/tutorial\/adding-an-sms-template\/\">Adding an SMS Template<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; guide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active:<\/strong> Check this box to set the reminder rule&#8217;s status to &#8220;<strong>Active<\/strong>,&#8221; or uncheck it to deactivate the rule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valid Until:<\/strong> Set the period during which the reminder rule is valid to send a specific refund receipt, specifying (hour, day, or month) from the dropdown list.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Example:<\/strong> If one day is selected as the validity period, the system will attempt to send the refund receipt message.
