  1. Click on “Manufacturing<\/strong>” from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Manufacturing Orders<\/strong>.”<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the manufacturing order for which you want to create a linked warehouse request.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Create Material Request<\/strong>.”<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the stock request details:\n

      • Stock Request Code:<\/strong> This is an automatically generated unique number for each stock request, created by the system.<\/li>\n
      • Date:<\/strong> Set the date for the stock request.<\/li>\n
      • Type:<\/strong> The request type is automatically set as an “Outbound Request<\/strong>.”<\/li>\n
      • Warehouse:<\/strong> Choose the warehouse from which the raw materials will be issued.<\/li>\n
      • Stock Request Items:<\/strong> These are the items included in the request and their quantities, which are automatically determined based on the raw materials specified in the manufacturing order.\n
          \n
        • If you want to modify the quantity of raw materials in the stock request to exceed the quantity specified in the manufacturing order, you will need to enable this setting from the general manufacturing settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Notes:<\/strong> Enter any notes related to the raw material request.<\/li>\n
        • Attachments:<\/strong> Upload any files related to the raw material request, if applicable.<\/li>\n
        • Click the “Save<\/strong>” button.<\/li>\n
        • After saving and approving the material request, you can convert it into a requisition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
