You can filter the Construction Quotations<\/strong>, Contracts<\/strong>, and Payment Certificates<\/strong> lists by Sent Status<\/strong> to show the documents sent to clients by email or not sent yet, and follow up on the documents that still need to be sent.<\/p>\n

    Steps to filter<\/h2>\n

    1. From the main menu, choose Construction<\/strong>, then open Construction Quotations<\/strong><\/a>, Contracts<\/strong><\/a>, or Payment Certificates<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Advanced<\/strong> to show the advanced filters.<\/li>\n
    3. From the Sent Status<\/strong> list, choose Sent<\/strong> or Not Sent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Only the matching documents appear, and the applied filter appears at the top of the list, such as Sent Status: Sent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Clearing the filter<\/h2>\n

      • Click \u00d7<\/strong> next to the applied filter at the top of the list, or choose All<\/strong> from the Sent Status list. The filter returns to its default value, Sent Status<\/strong>, and all documents appear.<\/li>\n
      • To clear all filters at once, click Clear All<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Note:<\/strong> The list keeps the filter when you move between documents from the view page using the previous and next buttons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        The Sent Status<\/strong> filter doesn’t appear.<\/td>\nThe advanced filters are hidden.<\/td>\nClick Advanced<\/strong> at the top of the list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        A document with the Sent<\/strong> status doesn’t appear when you choose Sent<\/strong> in the filter.<\/td>\nThe status was changed from the status actions, and the document wasn’t sent by email from the system.<\/td>\nSend it with the Send Email<\/strong> button on its page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        You sent the document, but it doesn’t appear among the sent documents.<\/td>\nSending failed, so the Sent label didn’t appear on the document.<\/td>\nSend it again, and make sure the message An email was sent successfully<\/strong> appears.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

        What’s the difference between the “Sent” label and the “Sent” status in contracts and payment certificates?<\/h3>\n

        The Sent label means the document was sent by email from the system, and it’s what the Sent Status filter uses. The document’s status is set from the status actions and doesn’t change when you send it by email.<\/p>\n

        Can I combine the Sent Status filter with other filters?<\/h3>\n

        Yes.
