You can email a construction quotation, contract, or payment certificate to the client directly from the document’s page. The system attaches the document as a PDF and fills in the client’s email and the message text automatically. After sending, the document shows a Sent<\/strong> label.<\/p>\n

    Steps to send<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. From the main menu, choose Construction<\/strong>, then open Construction Quotations<\/strong><\/a>, Contracts<\/strong><\/a>, or Payment Certificates<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the document to open its page.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Send Email<\/strong> at the top of the page. The Send Email<\/strong> page opens with its details filled in.<\/li>\n
    4. Review the recipient, subject, message, and attachment, and change them if needed.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Send<\/strong>. The message An email was sent successfully<\/strong> appears, and you return to the document’s page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Send page fields<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

      To<\/strong><\/td>\nThe email address saved in the client’s details. If the client has no email, enter it manually, because the field is required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

      Subject<\/strong><\/td>\nThe document type and number, such as: Construction Quotation #document number.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Message<\/strong><\/td>\nReady-made text from the email template that includes a greeting to the client, the document number, the project, the value, and your business details. You can edit it before sending.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Attachments<\/strong><\/td>\nThe document as a PDF named after its type and number, such as: Construction Contract #contract number.pdf.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      • A Sent<\/strong> label appears at the top of the document’s page next to its status, indicating that the document was sent by email.<\/li>\n
      • Sending doesn’t change the document’s status; for example, an issued quotation stays issued.<\/li>\n
      • If sending fails, the Sent label doesn’t appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Does sending by email change the document’s status?<\/h3>\n

        No. Only the Sent label appears, and the document’s status stays the same.<\/p>\n

        Can I send to more than one recipient?<\/h3>\n

        Yes. Add more than one email in the To<\/strong> field, or add recipients in CC<\/strong> or BCC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        In which language is the message sent?<\/h3>\n
