Records lists show the <\/span>attachments column<\/strong>, which displays thumbnails of the files attached to each record, so you can reach and preview them directly from the list without opening each record separately.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Record with one or two attachments<\/td>\nA thumbnail for each file. A file type icon appears for files that have no thumbnail preview, such as PDF.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Record with more than two attachments<\/td>\nThumbnails of the last two files attached to the record, next to an icon showing the number of remaining files. Hover over the icon to see the names of the remaining files.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Previewing Attachments from the Column<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n
    What you click<\/th>\nWhat happens<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
    A file thumbnail<\/td>\nOpens the Media Gallery<\/strong> on this file, and you can move from it between the record’s attachments and the attachments of the other records shown based on the list filters.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    The remaining files count icon<\/td>\nOpens the Media Library<\/strong> with all attachments of the records shown based on the list filters.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    To preview the attachments of one record only, open the record and click the file in the Attachments<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n

    Yes, if you open it from the list; it moves between the attachments of all records shown based on the current filters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
