Quick Actions<\/strong> is a screen that opens over the current page from anywhere in the system, giving you direct access to actions, pages, reports, and settings without navigating through menus. This guide explains how to open the screen, its parts, browsing categories, searching, and keyboard navigation.<\/p>\n

    Open the Quick Actions screen<\/h2>\n

    You can open the screen in two ways from any page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Method<\/th>\nSteps<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
    Add button<\/td>\nClick the +<\/strong> button in the top bar.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Keyboard shortcut<\/td>\nPress Ctrl + \/<\/strong>, or \u2318 + \/<\/strong> on Mac.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    The screen opens over the current page without leaving it, with the cursor placed directly in the search box.<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> The Ctrl + \/<\/strong> shortcut doesn’t work while you’re typing in a text field on the page. Click outside the field first, or use the +<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Search box<\/td>\nAt the top of the screen, labeled Type a command<\/strong>, for typing what you’re looking for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Keyboard hints<\/td>\nNext to the search box: Navigate<\/strong> with the arrow keys, Close<\/strong> with Esc, Start Search<\/strong> with Ctrl + \/, and the Configure<\/strong> button to open Commands Configuration.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Categories list<\/td>\nOn the side of the screen: Quick Actions<\/strong>, Sales<\/strong>, CRM<\/strong>, HRM<\/strong>, Inventory & Purchases<\/strong>, Operations<\/strong>, Accounting<\/strong>, and Global & Settings<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Content area<\/td>\nShows the actions of the selected category, or the search results when you type.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Quick Actions section<\/h2>\n

    When you open the screen, the Quick Actions<\/strong> section appears. It includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Group<\/th>\nContent<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
    Pinned Actions<\/strong><\/td>\nThe actions you pinned, each with its keyboard shortcut. Appears when you have at least one pinned action.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Frequently Used Actions<\/strong><\/td>\nActions the system adds automatically based on the actions you use most.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Quick Actions<\/strong><\/td>\nSuggested actions based on the apps active in your account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    At the end of the section are the Pin Current Page<\/strong> and Assign New Shortcuts<\/strong> cards. A pinned action isn’t repeated in the other groups.<\/p>\n

    Browse system categories<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Choose a category from the categories list, such as Sales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. The category’s groups appear, such as Sales<\/strong>, Installments Management<\/strong>, and POS<\/strong>. Choose the group you need.<\/li>\n
    3. The group’s actions appear. Click an action to open its page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To go back one level, click the arrow next to the group name above the actions.<\/p>\n

      Search<\/h2>\n

      1. Type at least two characters in the Type a command<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n
      2. The Search Results<\/strong> appear with their count, divided into groups by result type.<\/li>\n
      3. Click the result you need to open it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
        Group<\/th>\nWhat it shows<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
        Matched Actions<\/strong><\/td>\nPages and actions, such as create and manage.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Matched Settings<\/strong><\/td>\nA specific setting with its path: the settings page, then the section it’s in.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Matched Reports<\/strong><\/td>\nReports that match what you typed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Found in Disabled Features<\/strong><\/td>\nActions that belong to apps that aren’t active in your account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
