You can download your products list as a file that opens in Excel in two ways: from Export<\/strong> in the products list, or from Backup<\/strong><\/a>. The file is in CSV format and includes the product details, prices and stock balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Method 1: Export from the products list<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open Products & Services<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the products you want to export using the checkboxes, or select all.<\/li>\n
  3. From the bulk actions menu, choose Export<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In Backup Format<\/strong>, choose CSV<\/strong>, and leave Select Delimiter<\/strong> on Comma Separated ( , )<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Download<\/strong>. The file downloads to your device directly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Only the products you selected are exported. To export all products at once without selecting them, use the backup.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Method 2: Backup<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Open the backup page from the link, or from Account Information<\/strong>, then Download Backup<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. In Select Modules to Download Backup for:<\/strong>, select Products<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n
    3. In Backup Format<\/strong>, choose CSV<\/strong>, and leave the delimiter on the comma.<\/li>\n
    4. If you have more than one branch, choose the branch, or leave it empty to export the products of all branches.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Download<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/strong> If you select only products, one file downloads with a name like Backup_Products_[account number]_[date].csv. If you select more than one module, the files download compressed in a zip file. If you don’t select any module, the system exports all data.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      What does the products file contain?<\/h3>\n

      Product code, barcode, name, description, selling price, discount, minimum selling price, brand, category, supplier, type, unit template, taxes, status and custom fields. With the Inventory app, it also includes the purchase price, total stock balance, average cost, low stock threshold and profit margin. Column names appear in English, such as ProductCode, Name and StockBalance.<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong> The stock balance in the file is the product’s total balance across all warehouses. The file doesn’t include each warehouse’s balance separately, or price lists.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      • If the message Sorry, This feature is available for premium accounts only, You need to upgrade your account<\/strong> appears, exporting isn’t available on the free plan.<\/li>\n
      • If the Export option doesn’t appear in the bulk actions, you need the Edit & Delete All Products<\/strong> permission.<\/li>\n
