After creating your account, the system asks you to complete two steps before starting: some simple details about you and your company, then choosing the business field<\/strong>. This guide explains each step, what happens when you choose the field, and how to choose the field suited to your business.<\/p>\n

Warning:<\/strong> Choosing the business field is final<\/strong> and cannot be changed from the account afterwards, so take a minute and read this guide before clicking Yes, Continue<\/strong>. As for the apps themselves, you can enable or disable them at any time later.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step One: Your Details and Your Company’s Details<\/h2>\n

The first screen that appears is titled Your account is ready, customize it now<\/strong>, and it has:<\/p>\n

  1. First Name<\/strong> and Last Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Job Title<\/strong>: choose your actual job in the company.<\/li>\n
  3. Company Size<\/strong>: the approximate number of employees.<\/li>\n
  4. If you need to change the country, currency, language, or time zone, click Change Language and Region Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Next<\/strong>, then enter the address, the city, the tax number or the commercial registration (optional), and the logo, and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Choosing the job title and company size enables some apps automatically: if you chose Accounts Officer<\/strong>, general accounting and expenses are enabled, and if you chose HR Officer<\/strong> or the number of employees is 6 or more, the employees, attendance, and payroll apps are enabled. Don’t worry if you don’t need them; you can turn them off later.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Step Two: Choosing the Business Field<\/h2>\n

    The Business Field<\/strong> screen appears, and it has more than one way to reach your field:<\/p>\n

    1. Type your activity in the Search for your business field<\/strong> box, such as: pharmacy, clinic, maintenance, clothing.<\/li>\n
    2. Or choose the sector and then the field from inside it.<\/li>\n
    3. Or click View All Fields<\/strong> to see the full list.<\/li>\n
    4. When you choose the field, the message You have chosen …, do you want to continue?<\/strong> appears; click Yes, Continue<\/strong> if you are sure, or No, Change Business Field<\/strong> to go back.<\/li>\n
    5. Wait a moment until the account is prepared, then you will enter the dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      What Happens When You Choose the Field?<\/h2>\n

      The system has a ready-made account for each field, and when you choose, this ready-made setup is copied to your account, and it includes:<\/p>\n
