The Schools Management System<\/strong> in the System allows you to build the school’s academic structure: Stages<\/strong>, then the Grades<\/strong> under each stage, then the Classes<\/strong> associated with each grade, and the Subjects<\/strong> for each grade with their final mark and passing mark. This structure is used to register students and assign them to classes, record marks, calculate results, and promote students at the end of the academic year.<\/p>\n

Warning:<\/strong> Set up the structure in the order shown in this guide. A grade requires an existing stage, a class cannot be linked to a grade before the class is added, and a subject cannot be added without selecting its grade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
