The Schools Management System<\/strong> in the System allows you to manage the entire school from one place: register students and guardians, organize stages, grades, and classes, record attendance and marks, manage buses, issue enrollment contracts and collect fees through installments, and promote students at the end of the academic year. This guide explains how to activate the system, what it adds to your account, and the recommended setup sequence after activation.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> The system is configured in Arabic, and in accounts running in English, the text is automatically translated on the screen, including the grades, lists, and windows that appear after the page loads.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Steps to Activate the Schools Management System<\/h2>\n

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Apps Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Manage External Apps<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Go to App Marketplace<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  4. Search for the Schools Management System<\/strong>\u00a0app.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Install App<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After activation, the app’s menus appear in the sidebar.<\/p>\n

    Recommended Setup Order After Activation<\/h2>\n

    1. Set Up the Academic Structure<\/h3>\n

    Add the stages, then the grades under each stage, and then the classes under each grade, specifying the maximum number of students. Next, add the subjects for each grade with the final mark and passing mark, and define the grade’s promotion policy: Maximum number of failed subjects allowed to move to the next stage, Maximum number of subjects to move to the second round, and Required total percentage to pass .<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Register Guardians and Students<\/h3>\n

    Register the guardian first, or add the guardian directly from the student screen. Then register the student using their national ID, grade, and class, and add the bus and relatives, if applicable.<\/p>\n

    3. Set Up Buses<\/h3>\n

    Add buses with their route, capacity, departure and return times, then assign each student to a bus from their student information.<\/p>\n

    4. Issue Contracts<\/h3>\n

    Create the student’s enrollment contract, and the student and guardian information will be populated automatically. Add service items, such as tuition fees, books, uniforms, and transportation, along with discounts and the installment schedule. Then approve the contract and generate the invoice from it.<\/p>\n

    5. Daily Operations<\/h3>\n

    Record attendance and marks from their respective screens, or directly from the student list for an entire class in a single step.<\/p>\n

    • The student’s and guardian’s national IDs cannot be duplicated and are checked while typing.<\/li>\n
    • The passing mark cannot exceed the subject’s final mark, and a mark higher than the final mark is not accepted when recording marks.<\/li>\n
    • The class must belong to the grade selected for the student.<\/li>\n
    • The total of the installments must equal the contract total after tax, and each contract can have only one invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
