You can contact the Daftra support or sales team in several ways: directly from inside your account using the Have a Question<\/strong> button or the Help<\/strong> menu, or by phone, WhatsApp, and the contact form on the Daftra website. This guide explains every contact method, when to use each one, and what information to prepare so your request is resolved faster.<\/p>\n

From Inside Your Account<\/h2>\n

1. The “Have a Question” Button<\/h3>\n

  1. Click the Have a Question<\/strong> button at the bottom of the screen inside your account.<\/li>\n
  2. The Send feedback or ask a question<\/strong> window opens.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the Subject<\/strong> (a short title for your request).<\/li>\n
  4. Write your Message<\/strong> and describe the problem or question in detail.<\/li>\n
  5. Attach a screenshot or file in Attachment<\/strong>, if any.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Send<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A confirmation message appears saying your message was received and a customer service team member will contact you as soon as possible. Your message is sent automatically with your account number, business name, and plan, so you don\u2019t need to type them. The reply is sent to the email address registered on your account.<\/p>\n
