The “Account Information” screen displays a comprehensive summary of your Daftra account: your business’s core details, your subscription plan details and consumption\u00a0 percentage, your account number and support code, along with quick links to edit settings, download a backup, or cancel the account. This guide explains the required permissions, the steps to access the screen, its content element by element, and the cases in which each element appears or disappears.<\/p>\n

How to Access the Screen<\/h2>\n

  1. From the sidebar menu<\/strong>, click on the “Settings”<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
