This menu enables users of the Quick Expense Scanner<\/strong> app to access additional actions for a specific expense, such as editing, cloning, or deleting it. The available actions vary depending on where the menu is opened from.<\/p>\n

Steps to Access the Actions<\/h2>\n

You can access the actions menu in two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the Expenses List:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. From the Quick Expense Scanner app home screen, tap Expenses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap the \u201c\u22ee\u201d<\/strong> icon (More Options<\/strong>) displayed on the card of the required expense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    An action menu appears with the following options: View, Edit, Print, Clone, Open in Browser, Hide from Mobile App, Delete.<\/p>\n

    From the Expense Details screen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. From the Quick Expense Scanner app home screen, tap Expenses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Tap the required expense<\/strong> to open its details screen.<\/li>\n
    3. Tap the \u201c\u22ee\u201d<\/strong> icon displayed in the screen header.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      A an action menu appears with the following options: Edit, Print, Clone, Open in Browser, Hide from Mobile App, Delete.<\/p>\n

      How the System Works<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • View<\/strong>: Opens the Expense Details screen in read-only mode. This option is displayed only when the menu is opened from the Expenses List.<\/li>\n
      • Edit<\/strong>: Opens the Edit Expense screen.<\/li>\n
      • Clone<\/strong>: Opens a new Add form pre-filled with the existing data, allowing you to modify the pre-filled data before saving.<\/li>\n
      • Open in Browser<\/strong>: Opens the selected expense in the device browser using the full web version of the system.<\/li>\n
      • Delete<\/strong>: Permanently deletes the selected expense after user confirmation.<\/li>\n
      • Print<\/strong>: Opens a printable preview of the selected expense (Expense Voucher<\/strong>) for printing or exporting.<\/li>\n
      • Hide from Mobile App<\/strong>: Hides the selected expense from the Expenses List within the mobile app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Validation Rules<\/h2>\n

        • An expense cannot be deleted without first obtaining user confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
