You can enable it by navigating to <strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"484\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Settings<\/strong> from the main menu, then opening <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"534\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Apps Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rg9kz0\" data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"699\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">You must have the <strong data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"579\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Manage Task Modules<\/strong> permission to access the <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Linked Modules Configuration screen<\/strong>. Users without this permission cannot access the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"steps\" style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold; color: #111827; margin: 32px 0 14px; padding-bottom: 8px; border-bottom: 2px solid #eef0f3;\">Steps<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1riqd3z\" data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"760\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">From the main menu, click <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"759\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Task Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s9n6t8\" data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"783\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"782\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1c2ro6n\" data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1065\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"824\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Linked Module Configuration<\/strong>. The system displays the <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"871\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Available Modules<\/strong> list along with a counter showing the number of selected modules out of the total number of modules (for example, <strong data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"996\" style=\"color: #111827;\">24\/143<\/strong>). A checkbox is displayed next to each module to select or clear it.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10jbjx5\" data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1161\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Select or clear modules as needed by selecting or clearing the checkbox next to each module.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"enn42n\" data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1180\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Click <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1179\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"how_the_system_works\" style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold; color: #111827; margin: 32px 0 14px; padding-bottom: 8px; border-bottom: 2px solid #eef0f3;\">How the System Works<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"2419\" style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1uhmbbj\" data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1494\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">This screen does not create new modules. All modules already exist in the system database. Its only function is to enable or disable specific modules for use in <strong data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1493\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Task Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kuret0\" data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1675\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">After saving, only the modules selected on this screen appear in the drop-down list on the following screens: <strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1622\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Create Task<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1637\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Edit Task<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1654\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Link Module<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1674\" style=\"color: #111827;\">Task Flows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s3luq8\" data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"2028\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Module names are retrieved automatically from the system database. The displayed name changes according to the current system language. The name stored in English is displayed when the interface language is English, and the Arabic translation stored in the system is displayed when the interface language is Arabic.
