The system allows you to control the width of item line columns in printable templates for invoices and related documents, so you can adjust each column to clearly display all item details when printing.<\/p>\n

Sales:<\/strong>
\nInvoices, Sales Orders, Estimates, Refunds, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Advance Payments (for sites that support them)<\/em>, and Receipts (for sites that support them)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Purchases:<\/strong>
\nPurchase Invoices, Purchase Requests, Quotation Requests, Purchase Quotations, Purchase Orders, Purchase Refunds, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.<\/p>\n

How to Adjust Column Widths in a Printable Template<\/h2>\n

  1. Open any supported document from the list above.<\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cPrintables\u201d<\/strong> to access the printable template.<\/li>\n
  3. In the document\u2019s line items table, locate the divider between any two adjacent column headers.<\/li>\n
  4. Drag the divider left or right to widen or narrow the desired column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The columns available for resizing are: Item<\/strong>, Description<\/strong>, Unit Price<\/strong>, Quantity<\/strong>, Discount<\/strong>, Tax 1<\/strong>, Tax 2<\/strong>, Cost Center<\/strong>, Account<\/strong>, and Salesperson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
