The system allows you to create a new leave application directly from the Attendance Permissions screen, without navigating away to the Leave Applications list \u2014 saving time and improving workflow efficiency.<\/p>\n

Before You Begin<\/h2>\n

Make sure you have the Add Leave Application<\/strong> permission in your assigned role.<\/p>\n

Steps to Create a Leave Application from the Attendance Permissions Screen<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. From the main menu, click on \u201cAttendance\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on \u201cAttendance Permissions\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. At the top of the screen, click the dropdown arrow<\/strong> next to the \u201cNew Attendance Permission\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  4. From the dropdown menu, select \u201cNew Leave Application\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. You will be taken directly to the New Leave Application creation page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Notes<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Clicking the \u201cNew Attendance Permission\u201d<\/strong> button directly \u2014 without opening the dropdown \u2014 opens the Attendance Permission creation form as usual.<\/li>\n
    • No data is carried over from the Attendance Permissions screen to the Leave Application page. This option is a shortcut link only.<\/li>\n
