  1. From the main menu, click on “<\/span>Rental and Unit Management<\/b>“.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click “Settings<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on “<\/span>Unit Types<\/b>“.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The screen displays a list of all unit types added in the system. Each record shows the first image if available, along with the name, ID, pricing method, pricing rule, and status.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Search and Filters<\/b><\/p>\n

    You can search and filter the list using the following fields:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • ID<\/b>: Search for a unit type by its name or ID. Options appear with both the name and ID, and autocomplete is applied as you type.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Pricing Rule<\/b>: Search by pricing rule name or ID. Options appear with both the name and ID, and autocomplete is applied as you type.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Status<\/b>: Filter the list by status by selecting All, Active, or Inactive.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Pricing Method<\/b>: Filter the list by pricing method by selecting All, Days, Days & Hours, or Hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Sorting<\/b><\/p>\n

      You can sort the list using the <\/span>Sort<\/b> option at the top of the table:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • By Unit Type Name<\/b>: Alphabetical order.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • By Date of Creation<\/b>: Ascending or descending.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The default sorting for the list is by ID in descending order.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Reset<\/b><\/p>\n

        Click <\/span>Clear All<\/b> to remove all search and filter criteria and reload the full list.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Available Actions<\/b><\/p>\n

        The following actions appear for each record in the list when clicking the options menu:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • View<\/b>: Navigates to the unit type details page.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Edit<\/b>: Navigates to the unit type edit page.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Delete<\/b>: Deletes the unit type from the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          To add a new unit type, click the “<\/span>Add Unit Type<\/b>“ button at the top of the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

          If no unit types have been added yet, the message “No Unit Types Added Yet” is displayed.
