If you want to prevent certain employees from accessing the Accounting Settings screen in the system, you can easily do so by adding a specific URL to the Blocked Pages section of the employee role. After completing the steps below, the Accounting Settings screen will be hidden while other settings, such as Sales and Inventory settings, remain accessible.<\/p>\n

Steps to Hide the Accounting Settings Screen<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to \u201cManage Employee Roles<\/strong>\u201d from the \u201cEmployees<\/strong>\u201d dropdown menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the \u201cBlocked Pages<\/strong>\u201d section within the role settings for the employee you want to restrict.<\/li>\n
  3. Add the required URL to the blocked pages (Owner\/Settings), then click \u201cSubmit<\/strong>\u201d to save the changes.<\/li>\n
  4. Log in using the employee account assigned to this role.<\/li>\n
  5.
