  1. Open Electronic Invoice Settings<\/strong> from the sales settings, or open it directly from this link<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. On the card of the environment that has the Connected<\/strong> badge (Fatoora Portal<\/strong> or Fatoora Simulation<\/strong>), click Revoke Access Token<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Yes<\/strong> in the confirmation window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After cancelling:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Sending invoices to the authority stops.<\/li>\n
    • Invoices that were already sent stay as they are.<\/li>\n
    • To reconnect, click Activate<\/strong> on the card and enter a new verification code (OTP) from the Fatoora portal, then complete the integration steps from the beginning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \ud83d\udec8 This action requires the KSA electronic invoice sync permission. Activating the other environment also disconnects the current one.<\/p>\n
