The Add Contract<\/strong> button appears at the top of the construction quotation page when all the following conditions are met. If it doesn’t appear, check the reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Reason<\/th>\nSolution<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
The quotation status isn’t Approved<\/strong>.<\/td>\nApprove the quotation first using the Approve<\/strong> button.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The quotation is linked only to a bid.<\/td>\nConvert the bid to a project, so the quotation is on the project.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The project already has a contract, whether active or not.<\/td>\nEach project has one contract; edit the existing contract instead of adding a new one.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The quotation is already Contracted<\/strong>.<\/td>\nOpen the contract from the Contract<\/strong> link at the top of the page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
You don’t have permission to add contracts.<\/td>\nAsk the account manager for the permission.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
