The <\/span>Send Email<\/strong> button appears at the top of the document’s view page in <\/span>Construction Quotations<\/strong>, <\/span>Contracts<\/strong>, and <\/span>Payment Certificates<\/strong>, regardless of the document’s status. If you can’t find the button, check the following reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Reason<\/th>\nSolution<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
You’re on the list page, not the document’s page.<\/td>\nClick the document to open its page; the button appears on the document’s view page only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The document isn’t a construction quotation, contract, or payment certificate, such as bids or projects.<\/td>\nSending by email is available for these three types only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The Construction<\/strong> app isn’t active.<\/td>\nActivate the app from the apps manager.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
