A search result appears under the Found in Disabled Features<\/strong> group when it belongs to an application that is not enabled in your account. These results appear grayed out and are associated with Apps Manager<\/strong>. You cannot open them until the application is enabled.<\/p>\n

How to enable a feature:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the grayed-out search result.<\/li>\n
  2. A message appears: This feature is not active. Would you like to activate it?<\/strong> Click Activate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. You will be redirected to the Apps Manager<\/a> page, where you can enable the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
