When you send login details to a group of employees from Manage Employees<\/strong> \u2192 Actions<\/strong> \u2192 Send Login Details<\/strong>, a result page appears showing the number of Successful<\/strong> and Failed<\/strong> sends, with the failure reason next to each employee the details couldn’t be sent to.<\/p>\n

Sending fails for an employee who doesn’t have access to the system, and this reason appears next to them: This employee does not have access to log in to the system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How do you fix it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Open the employee’s page from Manage Employees<\/strong>, then click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Turn on Allow Access to The System<\/strong>, then enter the Email Address<\/strong>, since it becomes required when this option is on. If the Employee Mode<\/strong> is User<\/strong>, select the Role<\/strong> and Accessible Branches<\/strong>. Then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Send the login details to this employee again from Actions<\/strong> \u2192 Send Login Details<\/strong> in the employee list, or from the Send Login Details<\/strong> button on the employee’s page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • The system creates a new password for each selected employee and sends it to their email, and their current sessions end. So select only the employees you want to send new login details to.<\/li>\n
    • Don’t refresh the progress page while sending, because this runs the whole process again.<\/li>\n
