Otherwise, the row isn&#8217;t imported, and the reason appears on the Result page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required fields for every new employee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee type (<strong>Type<\/strong>): enter <strong>User<\/strong> for a user or <strong>Employee<\/strong> for an employee.<\/li>\n<li>First name (<strong>First Name<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Email (<strong>Email Address<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Display language (<strong>Display Language<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth (<strong>Birth Date<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Country (<strong>Country<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Branch (<strong>Branch<\/strong>), if the <strong>Branches<\/strong> app is active.<\/li>\n<li>Join date (<strong>Join Date<\/strong>), if the <strong>HRM<\/strong> app is active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fields required depending on the case:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Role (<strong>Role<\/strong>): required if you enter <strong>Yes<\/strong> in the <strong>Can Access System<\/strong> column, whether the type is User or Employee.<\/li>\n<li>Accessible branches (<strong>Accessible Branches<\/strong>): required if the type is <strong>User<\/strong>, you enter <strong>Yes<\/strong> in the <strong>Can Access System<\/strong> column, and the <strong>Branches<\/strong> app is active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The employee code (<strong>Employee Code<\/strong>) isn&#8217;t required when adding a new employee. The system generates it automatically if you leave it empty, but it&#8217;s required if you want to update an existing employee.<\/li>\n<li>When updating an existing employee, no fields are required.
