The Client is a Government Entity<\/strong> option appears in the add and edit client form, below the client details and above the VAT Number<\/strong> and C.R \/ Unified Number<\/strong> fields. If the option doesn’t appear, check the following causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Cause<\/th>\nSolution<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
The client type is Individual<\/strong>.<\/td>\nChoose the client type Business<\/strong>, because the option appears for Business clients only. When you switch to Individual, the option disappears and is unchecked.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The Client Type<\/strong> setting is Individual Only<\/strong>, so the Business type doesn’t appear in the form.<\/td>\nFrom Clients Settings<\/strong><\/a>, choose Business Only<\/strong> or Both Individual and Business<\/strong>, then save.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The KSA Electronic Invoice<\/strong> app isn’t enabled.<\/td>\nEnable the app from Apps Manager<\/strong><\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The account isn’t registered in Saudi Arabia.<\/td>\nThe option is available for Saudi accounts only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
