If you don&#8217;t see it, it&#8217;s usually for one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You&#8217;re looking for it in the main menu:<\/strong> There&#8217;s no import item under <strong>Employees<\/strong> in the main menu. Click <strong>Employees<\/strong>, then <a href=\"https:\/\/go.daftra.com\/v2\/owner\/entity\/staff\/list?reset=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Manage Employees<\/strong><\/a>, and you&#8217;ll find the <strong>Import<\/strong> button at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You don&#8217;t have the required permissions:<\/strong> The button appears only if you have both the <strong>Add New User\/Employee<\/strong> and <strong>Edit &amp; Delete User\/Employee<\/strong> permissions.
