After this period, the invoice is permanently deleted automatically and can no longer be recovered.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This applies to sales invoices, advance payments, refunds, credit notes, and debit notes, as well as purchase invoices and their documents.<\/li>\n<li>Next to each invoice in the Trash, you can see its deletion date and the number of days left before it&#8217;s permanently deleted, such as: <strong>Permanent delete in 5 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The days-left count turns orange when 30 days or fewer are left, and red when 7 days or fewer are left.<\/li>\n<li>You can permanently delete the invoice before the period ends using <strong>Permanent Delete<\/strong> in the Trash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> To view the sales Trash, you need the <strong>Manage Deleted Sales Transactions<\/strong> permission.
