Ask the account admin to give you the delete permission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The advance payment is linked to a refund, credit note, or debit note:<\/strong> The message <strong>Invoice #\u2026 cannot be deleted because it has linked refunds, credit notes, or debit notes. Remove the linked documents first.<\/strong> appears. Delete the linked documents first, then delete the advance payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The advance payment was submitted to the tax authority through the e-invoice app:<\/strong> The message <strong>You cannot delete Advance Payment #\u2026 as it has been submitted to the Tax authority<\/strong> appears. A document can&#8217;t be deleted after it&#8217;s submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Distributing the advance payment to invoices doesn&#8217;t prevent deleting it.
