On the view page of a treasury or bank account in Treasuries & Bank Accounts<\/strong><\/a>, the Create Income<\/strong> and Create Expense<\/strong> buttons let you add an income or an expense to the treasury directly. If one or both buttons don’t appear, check the following causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Cause<\/th>\nMissing button<\/th>\nSolution<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
The treasury or bank account status is Inactive<\/strong>.<\/td>\nBoth buttons.<\/td>\nEdit the treasury, choose Active<\/strong>, then save.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The user doesn’t have the Add Income<\/strong> permission.<\/td>\nCreate Income<\/strong><\/td>\nAsk the account owner to add the permission to your role from Roles<\/strong><\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The user doesn’t have the Add Expense<\/strong> permission.<\/td>\nCreate Expense<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
