When you select a parent account in the <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Accounts Requiring a Cost Center<\/strong> window, all the sub-accounts under it are selected automatically, at all levels. For example, when you select <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Fixed Assets<\/strong>, <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Equipment<\/strong> and <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Laptops<\/strong> under it are selected.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Sub-accounts added later under the selected parent account are also required to be distributed to cost centers, without changing the settings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">If you deselect a sub-account after selecting the parent account, the parent account is deselected and its other sub-accounts stay selected.
