In this case, the system asks you to set the actual time of the stock movement, so the movement isn&#8217;t recorded with an old date that would affect the stock balances and average cost. If there&#8217;s no later stock-in transaction, the requisition is confirmed directly with its date without the window appearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\"><strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Example:<\/strong> an outbound requisition dated October 10 for a product, then a quantity of the same product was added by a purchase invoice dated October 12. When you confirm the requisition, the window appears, because there&#8217;s a stock-in transaction after the requisition&#8217;s date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 14px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">In the window:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 16px; padding-left: 26px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.9; font-size: 16px; color: #1f2430;\">Set the <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Date<\/strong> and <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Time<\/strong>, or turn on <strong style=\"color: #111827;\">Use current date &amp; time<\/strong>.
