How do I print or download an issued invoice as a PDF using a different layout?<\/h3>\n

You can print or download any issued invoice in a different layout without editing it. First, add the layout to the voucher templates.<\/p>\n

First: Add the layout to the voucher templates (one time only)<\/p>\n

  1. Open Invoice\/Estimate Layouts<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. From the actions menu next to the layout you want, click Mark as Voucher<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Repeat for any other layout you want to use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Second: Download the invoice in the new layout<\/p>\n

    1. Open the issued invoice.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the arrow next to the PDF<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the layout you want. A PDF of the invoice is generated in that layout.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To view or print the invoice in the new layout, select the layout from the Vouchers<\/strong> menu on the invoice page.<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong> This doesn’t change the layout saved on the invoice. It only prints the invoice in the selected layout.
