You can’t change the file name when you click the PDF<\/strong> button inside the invoice, because the system downloads the file directly with a fixed name that contains the invoice number, such as Invoice-000125.pdf<\/strong>. To save the invoice with a name you choose, use the Print<\/strong> button and save it as a PDF file from the print window:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the invoice from Manage Invoices<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Print<\/strong> at the top of the invoice.<\/li>\n
  3. In the print window, change the Destination<\/strong> to Save as PDF<\/strong>, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In the window that appears next, type the file name you want and choose where to save it, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
