In the system, user permissions are added to the role<\/strong> assigned to the user, not to the user directly. So to let a user create receipt vouchers (incomes), add the permission to add incomes to their role.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h3>\n

  1. Open Roles<\/strong><\/a> (from the main menu: Employees, then Manage Employees Roles<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  2. Click Edit<\/strong> next to the role assigned to the user.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Incomes<\/strong> permissions, select the permission to add incomes, together with the view and edit permissions you need from the table below.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Ask the user to log out and log in again so the permission takes effect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If the role is shared by more than one user, the permission is added to all of them. To add it to one user only, create a new role for them and assign it from Employees<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
