The mobile or phone number appears in the printed invoice from Account Settings<\/strong><\/a> (the Mobile<\/strong> and Phone<\/strong> fields), through variables found in the Business Data<\/strong> section inside the invoice design. So the correct way to hide it is to delete the variable from the design, without deleting the number from your account.<\/p>\n

Method One (Recommended): Delete the Number from the Invoice Design<\/h3>\n

  1. Open Invoice\/Quotation Designs<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Edit<\/strong> next to the design you use, which is the design specified as Default<\/strong> for invoices, or the design chosen in the Invoice Template<\/strong> field inside the invoice.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the company data area at the top of the design, or Business Data<\/strong> from the side menu, and the edit business data window appears.<\/li>\n
  4. Delete the number variable from the text, which is one of the following variables, or delete the number itself if it was written manually.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong> in the window, then click Save<\/strong> to save the design.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Note:<\/strong> The edit applies to all the invoices that use this design, including previous invoices when they are printed. And if you use more than one design, repeat the steps for each design.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    If the Invoice Is Printed with a Print Template<\/h3>\n

    If you print the invoice from Printable Templates<\/strong><\/a>, open the template and click Edit<\/strong>, then delete the number variable or the manually written number and save the template.<\/p>\n
