You can find your subscription renewal date on the Account Information<\/strong><\/a> page, which shows when your current plan expires.<\/p>\n

Find your subscription expiry date<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. From the main menu, click Settings<\/strong>, then Account Information<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the plan section, you’ll see Account Plan<\/strong> (your current plan’s name) and Expires on<\/strong> followed by your subscription’s expiry date.<\/li>\n
  3. Renew before this date by clicking Renew Plan<\/strong> next to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If Never<\/strong> appears next to Expires on, your subscription has no expiry date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Expiry reminder<\/h3>\n

    During the last 7 days before your subscription expires, a notice appears in the side menu: Will Expire in [number of days] days<\/strong>, then Will Expire Tomorrow<\/strong>, then Will Expire Today<\/strong>, with a Renew Now<\/strong> link. After the subscription expires, Expired<\/strong> appears.<\/p>\n

    • The Account Information page is available to the account owner and to users with the Edit General Settings<\/strong> or View Account Information<\/strong> permission.<\/li>\n
    • From the same page, you can also Upgrade Plan<\/strong> and track your plan usage.<\/li>\n
