Daftra does not currently have a screen that shows which users are online in real time. However, you can see each user’s last login and most recent activity using the following methods:<\/p>\n

1. Last Login column in the employees list<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open Employees<\/strong><\/a> from the main menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Check the Last Login<\/strong> column, which shows the date and time each user last logged in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Activity Log<\/h3>\n

    To see who logged in recently and what they did:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open the Activity Log<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the employee from the employee filter, and choose the Login<\/strong> action to show login events only, or leave it empty to show all their activity.<\/li>\n
    3. Each entry shows the employee name, action and time, for example: … logged in the system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If a user logged in or performed an action a few minutes ago, they are most likely working on the system now.<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong> A user needs the View All Activity Logs<\/strong> permission to see all employees’ activity; the View His Activity Logs<\/strong> permission shows their own activity only.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Logging a user out<\/h3>\n

      To end a user’s session and sign them out on all devices, open the employee page, then from More Options<\/strong> choose Logout User<\/strong>. They will be asked to log in again on their next action.<\/p>\n

      • This option is available to the account owner only, and the owner cannot be logged out.<\/li>\n
