Pre-defined notes are shared across the whole account, not per branch, so the same notes appear in the POS in every branch. Any change made on the <strong>Item Notes<\/strong> page, whether adding, editing, deleting, or deactivating a note, applies to all branches at once.<\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can&#8217;t set different pre-defined notes for each branch.
